MeditationKey Program
Do you meditate? Are getting all the benefits out your meditation sessions? Does your meditation

Probably not! Don't worry! YOU ARE NOT ALONE. This is not your fault. Meditation is hard and comes naturally to only a few people. For most of us, it is a learned art. You have to learn the skill and then practice. You could go for a meditation course or class but these are often cost prohibitive. Single meditation can cost $30 or more.
Meditation Key program is a systematic meditation course that teaches you the meditation skills. This program consists of 16 meditation exercises. Each exercise is 15-20 minutes long. If you devote just 15-20 minutes daily, soon you will be meditating like a pro. You will get all the benefits you want from your meditation. Proper meditation will

How is it done?
Meditation Key Program includes 16 mediation exercises. Each exercise build upon the skills developed in the prior exercise. The exercises are emailed to you weekly.
You should practice the exercise daily. Ideally you will be able to master the exercise in 5-7 days. Once you have mastered the exercise, you can move on to the next one.
