Hello, I am Anu. I am from Rhode Island and I am a mother of two. My oldest child has special needs and her condition is still undiagnosed.

Eight years back when she was diagnosed, I had no clue what to do. I did everything what a mother of one year old child does – read books, called my doctor, why it happened? what will happen next? There were a lot of questions that had no answers. Over a period of time, with the help of few people, I now know what are the next steps and what to do when an uncertainty arises.

My goal? When I started looking for information, I realized how dispersed and inaccessible the data is. Every state in United States has different laws permitting what benefits a parent of a special need child is eligible for. There are a lot of websites that specialize in individual diagnosis such as autism, asperger or down syndrome. But none of them deal with the core issue – what do parents feel and where to go.

The purpose of my website is to generate a repository of information that is scattered out.
